We understand that sometimes plans may change, so here’s our simple policy:
- Booking Cancellation
You can cancel your booking by informing us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund. - Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider. - Late Cancellation
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. - Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests made before 72 hours of the booking may be accommodated based on availability. Requests made within 24 hours will not be accepted. - Cancellation by Magic Moments Celebration Café
If Magic Moments Celebration Café cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a free rescheduling (subject to availability) or a full refund. - Contact for Cancellation
