Welcome to Magic Moments Celebration Café. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Eligibility
All guests must be 18 years or older. Entry will be denied for underage guests, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Guest Policy
We welcome couples, women’s groups, and mixed groups (men & women). Other group types may be subject to approval.
4. Reservations & Payments
Bookings can be made online or directly with us.
An advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to our policy.
Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days.
6. Time Policy
Guests must strictly adhere to the booked time slot.
No extra time will be provided. Changes must be informed at least 3 days in advance.
7. Identification Requirement
All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID and present it at check-in.
8. Use of Space
The venue must be used only for the intended purpose agreed during booking.
Any damage to property or equipment will be chargeable.
9. Restrictions
Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal activities, fireworks, party poppers, and unauthorized items are strictly prohibited.
10. Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times.
Public Display of Affection (PDA) and inappropriate activities are strictly not allowed.
11. Capacity & Safety
Guests must not exceed the allowed capacity.
You are responsible for the safety and behavior of all attendees.
12. Parking
No parking facility is available. Guests must arrange parking at their own risk.
13. Liability
Magic Moments Celebration Café is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during your event, except as required by law.
